Shipping Policies

1. Order Processing

Your items will be shipped within 3-5 working days after your purchase is confirmed. We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Online Payment: Shipping via online payment costs 3€.
  • Pay on Delivery (Cash on Delivery): Shipping via pay on delivery costs 5€.

3. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via ELTA Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

4. Shipping Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders within Greece will arrive within 7 from the shipping date. Please note that during busy periods, shipping times may take a little longer.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost items caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an issue with your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at babescheapcloset@gmail.com.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the ELTA Post website.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure your orders are shipped on time, please be aware that shipping delays may occur during busy seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, strikes). We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at babescheapcloset@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

9. Return Shipping Costs

For returns, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or not as described. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details on how to initiate a return.

We reserve the right to update or change this Shipping Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the date of the last update will be noted at the bottom.
